Loyal Order of Moose is a fraternal and service organization founded in 1888. This building has been abandoned for decades. The Chin Tiki was designed and run by Marvin Chin and opened in 1967. Many celebrities partied and ate at this restaurant/nightclub. It closed in 1980. After Chin passed away in 2006, Ilitch Holdings bought the building in 2007. It was demolished in March of 2009. In the third picture looking west, Cass Technical School can be seen in the distance.
